The elastic knee support has been specially designed for the treatment and prevention of knee injuries. Using the quality elasticated material to apply external pressure around the whole of your knee area. The material is reinforced with the aluminium springs.

Does compression help recovery?
The Journal of Orthopedic Sports and Physical Therapy, 2001, June; 31(6):282-90 undertook a study that compared wearing a compression support to those wearing a compressionless support. There were ten non-athlete subjects in each group all given a questionnaire five days after exercising. Those wearing the compression sleeve had a greater range of motion, decreased perceived soreness, reduced swelling and greater force production. The study appears to support the use of compression in the management of soft tissue injury.
