Free Standard Delivery to Any UK Postcode


At Supports Direct, we understand the importance of sending your item as quickly as possible.

All orders received with cleared payment before 14:30 on a normal working day will be picked, packed and sent out that very same day.

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be sent out the next available working day. We rely heavily on the Royal Mail and if they are not working, we cannot send out orders.

We also understand that some people want value for money;

all our products are sent with FREE Royal Mail Second Class delivery (3-7 working days for delivery)-

but for a small extra fee this can be upgraded at the checkout to First Class delivery (1-3 working days for delivery).

If your item hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please use the contact us form and someone will look into this straight away.


International Deliveries


We will only use one of the large international courier companys: DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT.

Their prices start from £30 upwards - depending on the weight and where you are in the world.

We do not use the Royal Mail for international deliveries due to the amount of items gone missing.

Please do not email asking for us to use the Royal Mail as we make no exceptions - sorry for any inconvenience.

Returns Policy


Please contact us via email before returning an item to gain a returns number. Please Click Here to contact us and put “Returns Number Required” in the subject line. Details on how to return an item will be emailed to you.

Items sent back without a valid returns number cannot be processed. We accept no responsibility for items returned without a valid returns number.

All items must be returned UNUSED in their original, clean condition. You have 60 days to inspect, try on, and decide if your order is suitable for you. Once you have decided it is suitable and start wearing it you CANNOT return it.

Once you receive your order you are responsible for it. You are responsible for keeping it in a clean and pristine condition while you decide if it is suitable, items returned unworn but dirty will not be refunded.

Merchandise that has been worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.

When purchasing an item you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Return postage will NOT be refunded.
